Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream

My skin has been getting worse and worse. After coming off various tablets to control my ache, my skin has been producing so much oil and is really clogged, although, staying ache free. I first received this product as a trial size, in a Clinique bonus time offer. I've liked it so much I've now brought the full size to battle my skin.

A good exfoliator can make such a difference to your skin, brightening, de-clogging and providing the perfect make-up base. When my skin becomes troublesome the first step I take is exfoliating more often.

The Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream is described as being suitable for all skin types, which for once, I would agree. It's a great all-round formula, which consists of a creamy base and fine exfoliating particles. It's gentle on the skin and removes dirt, dead skin cells and oil. Due to the creamy base, this exfoliator is a pleasure to use, it feels great on the skin, really comforting compared to other exfoliators which can be quite harsh. Even though my skin is oily, I found treating my skin with care produces better results than using harsh products.

I've noticed my skin improving since I've been using this (I use this every other day). My skin still produces quite a lot of oil, however, it is much less clogged and looks healthier. I'd recommend this product to absolutely everyone, something I don't often say. I really think Clinique have hit the jackpot with this product.

7 Day Scrub Cream costs £17.50 for 100mL. Clinique products are available from 'here' and Clinique counters which are typically at: Boots, House of Fraser and Debenhams.

Are you a Clinique fan? Have you tried or will you try this product? What's your favourite exfoliator?

Becca :) x

  4. Sounds great! I haven't used many Clinique products but I do have a nice lip balm from them and an eye cream, both of which are lovely. One of my favourite things about Clinique is that their make-up isn't "just" pretty, there are great skincare benefits too. Which is fab, as I'm - like you - a victim of oil face disease (yes, it's a thing, I've decided.) And I also suffer from breakouts and have THE WORST dark circles under my eyes (and I'm only 20!)
